Hexarelin (HEX) is a peptide GH secretagogue, structurally similar to GHRP-6, in the growth faactor family which stimulates the release of growth homone (GH). It can be used medically to treat GH deficiency.
Hexarelin is another hexapeptide like GHRP-6.For starters Hexarelin is not your average GHRP. The structure of the amino acid is that of a hexapeptide known to help promote the release of growth homone (GH). Hexarelin has the ability to act both on the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus. It is known to give the largest release of GH than any other GHRP.
Examorelin releases more GH than does growth homone-releasing hormone (GHRH) in humans,and produces synergistic effects on GH release in combination with GHRH, resulting in "massive" increases in plasma GH levels even with only low doses of examorelin.Pre-administration of GH blunts the GH-releasing effect of examorelin, while, in contrast, fully abolishing the effect of GHRH.Pre-treatment with I GF-1 also blunts the GH-elevating effect of examorelin.Test, testo E, and ethinyl estradiol, though not oxand, have been found to significantly potentiate the GH-releasing effects of examorelin in humans.In accordance, likely due to increases in sex steroid levels, puberty has also been found to significantly augment the GH-elevating actions of examorelin in humans.

How does it Work?

Hexarelin has the ability to not only raise the level of GH in the body but to also suppress somatostatin, which is the main culprit that inhibits GH from being released. This makes it less ideal for long term use, but with hexarelin's ability to raise healthy levels of I GF-1 and GH it can work perfect as a PCT tool for those coming off a synthetic GH/I GF-1 cycle. The potency of this peptide should not be underestimated and it comes with an increase in cortisol production as well as prolactin. Nothing close to what might be seen in elevated levels from steroid use, but compared to other GHRP's it has the strongest affinity to raise cortisol/prolactin.
Dosage and Usage
Hexarelin comes in a freeze dried powder just like the other GHRP peptides and storage should be done in a cool dry place until reconstituted and placed in a refrigerator. Bacteriostatic water is used to reconstitute the powder and an insulin syringe is the preferred method for administering subcutaneous injections of hexarelin. Users will notice 200mcgs is the saturation dose for hexarelin and over a few weeks of use total desensitization may begin to take place.
